Ordering Information

When emailing, faxing or mailing your order, please provide our Order Department with:
• Your Account Number.
• Your Company Name and phone number.
• Your Name.
• Style or Item Number and Quantity.
• Preferred Method of Shipment.
• To insure accuracy on phone orders, our policy is to read all orders back. After the order is read back we consider the order correct. We can not change the size or issue a credit due to incorrect style number, quantity, or size once the order has been read back. Our automated attendant is available to take your orders after regular office hours & on weekends.

• $6.00 cutting and packaging charge for all UPS shipments, no additional charge for multiple box shipments.

Chop & Joined Frames

5% discount for invoices over $75.00
10% discount for invoices over $125.00
25% discount for 10+ chops or joined frames of the same style and size.

FREE UPS DOMESTIC Ground Shipments for Chop Invoices Over $130.00
• UPS COD Fees and additional handling charges (ex. for boxes over 48”) are not included in this program.
• A $12.50 assembly charge will be added to all double-joined frames.
• There is a minimum of 4 feet per chop or joined frame.
• A $7.50 packaging charge will be added to all joined frames shipped UPS.

Credit

To open your account, please complete our application with three trade references and the name of your bank. Allow approximately 1
weeks processing to establish an approved credit line. Should credit be established, all decisions with respect to the extension or continuation shall be in the sole discretion of Decor. Decor may terminate any credit availability within its sole discretion. Until credit is approved a check must accompany the order or, with your approval, we will ship C.O.D.

REMITTANCE

Please write your account number and invoice numbers on your check and return with the remittance copy of your invoice.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Credit cards will be accepted if payment is made at time of shipment. For your protection, we require a signed credit card authorization form and the front copy of the credit card. Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.

Miscellaneous

• UPS C.O.D. charge will be added to all UPS C.O.D. shipments.
• A $5.95 handling charge will be added to all invoices under $65.00.
• Orders will not be shipped to past due accounts.
• A finance charge of 1 1/2 percent per month will be charged to all invoices past due.
• There is a $30.00 charge to your account each time a NSF check is processed.
• In the event of default of payment, the customer shall pay for all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and collection agency fees.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Corner Samples

• Corner samples are available at a nominal charge of $2.95 per corner. Mouldings 3” or larger are $5.45 per corner sample.
• Pre-selected corner collections are available at substantial savings.
• Full credit for corner orders will be issued to your account if $600.00 or more of chops and/or joined frames is billed and paid within twelve months after billing date of corner orders.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment of corner orders.
• Minimum charge on all corner orders is $5.00 plus shipping.

Push-Pin Service

No nails are needed to professionally join frames. We route corners to accommodate our plastic push pins to make perfect corners. Push pins included with service. Just apply glue to mitre, insert push pins, adjust and let dry.

General Matboard Comments

• Minimum quantity for UPS shipment is 10, 32 x 40 sheets per box.
• 40 x 60 mat board, foamboard and corrugated sheets must be shipped by our truck delivery service or by common carrier.
• 40 x 60 mat board, foamboard and corrugated sheets can not be combined with 32 x 40 for quantity price discounts.
• Foamboard and corrugated sheets may be used to reach quantity discounts and for minimum UPS shipment levels.

Shipments

• F.O.B. Hauppauge, NY or F.O.B. Kennesaw, GA unless otherwise stated. Shipments will be made by manner requested. If specific instructions are not given we will use our discretion.
• UPS – maximum size – 96 inches in length & up to 130 inches in combined length plus girth. Maximum weight – up to 150 pounds.
• Additional charges for packages over 48 inches or its 2nd longest side exceeding 30 inches, for C.O.D. shipments and packages over 50 pounds.
• UPS Ground shipments are automatically charged at the greater of the actual weight or the Domestic dimensional weight. The Domestic dimensional weight calculation is length x width x height divided by DIM divisor.
• Orders may be subject to additional surcharges imposed by carriers, including but not limited to fuel, residential, limited access, & liftgate.
• UPS Residential Shipments incur additional fee.

Local Delivery

• Please allow at least 48 hours for order processing for all local deliveries.
• If your delivery falls on a holiday, your order will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day.
• All local deliveries totaling less than 125.00 will incur a $12.50 delivery charge.
• All local deliveries incur the current fuel surcharge.
• If your delivery falls within the NYC Congestion Relief Zone, a $1.50 charge will incur.

Damages

We are not liable for loss or damage by carrier. In the event of damage, save the merchandise and original packaging so that a proper claim can be filed. You must note external carton damage or box shortage on the carrier bill of lading or U.P.S. receipt before signing. Truck (common carrier) claims must be filed directly with the carrier. U.P.S. claims must be filed by Decor/Southern.

Returns

• Return of any merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from Decor. All questions regarding your order should be addressed to us in writing within 10 days of receipt of order.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless defective or due to our error, and freight prepaid by customer.
• All custom size orders are not refundable.
• No returns will be authorized after 30 days from receipt of goods.
